It was our great honour to have our beef included on the Neven Maguire’s outstanding menu on last night’s episode of Home Chef. As co-host of a very special dinner at the Atlantis Hotel on Palm Island in Dubai, Neven and our good friend Gillian O’Neill at Fine Foods Eire, and our very own John Stone, welcomed the city’s top chefs and dignitaries including the Irish Ambassador, Patrick Hennessy and his wife Pauline. As a part of the Dubai Irish Food Festival, the purpose of the dinner at La Brasserie at Atlantis, The Palm was to promote Irish ingredients to chefs working in the city’s top hotels and restaurants.

Together with Executive Sous Chef Mathew Goodlet and his team, Neven served up a truly extraordinary bounty of everything Ireland has to offer, from a selection of fine seafood, fresh herbs and vegetables, flavoursome cheeses and of course, rich Irish dairy cream panna cotta, flavoured with Jameson.
